The French were very elegant in their dress during the 18th century. A masquerade ball was a party for the wealthy and you would have had to be dressed appropriately to attend.
This knee length coat is made of satin brocade fabric and is fully lined with a contracting satin brocade trim down the front of the jacket and on the pocket flaps. The vest and breeches are made to match the contrast on the front of the jacket. Don't forget that you'll still need a mask to enter the Ball!
