With your arms at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest.
Measure your waist where you no normally wear your pants. Keep a finger between your body and the measuring tape for an accurate fit.
Measure your arms with your arm bent at 90 degrees, from the center of the collar (back of neck) to your wrist. This will determine your sleeve length.
Measure around the base of your own neck, keeping one finger between your neck and the tape measure.

Please be sure to order belts two inches longer than your pant's waist size.
