Hear Ye! Hear Ye! All Ye Lords and Ladies of the realm. Royal shoes at peasant prices.
From the early medieval times through early Renaissance times shoes were very simple, leather, hand made items. The main reason for wearing them was to protect your feet from stones, and other sharp objects; and to keep them warm and relatively dry. It was only later that they became works of art and fashion statements. Our shoes are modeled after those early shoes and are made of soft suede such as you might have worn in those bygone days.
Lords and Ladies from all walks of life will find something to please, from the simple peasant style to the comical looking jester shoe. Two styles of boots and five styles of shoes give you plenty of options. Robin Hood and Maid Marion, King Arthur and Queen Guinevere, and many of the characters in William Shakespeare’s plays would be quit happy to be wearing our wonderful shoes. If you have plans to visit the local Renaissance Faire, or are performing in your local Shakespearian festival, our shoes will keep you looking historically accurate without breaking the royal bank account.
